To open and use a don55 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

If we have reason to believe an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending verification and to void any bets or transactions made while eligibility was in question.
Don55 makes every effort to prevent underage gambling and takes its obligations in this area extremely seriously. Any person who knows of an underage individual using the platform is encouraged to report this to don55 support immediately.
Each person may hold one don55 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances may be voided.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. You must keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your don55 login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. Don55 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact don55 support immediately. Don55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All don55 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to select a different base currency and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform.
Important: Only one account per person is allowed. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, please contact support rather than creating a new one.
Don55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. We may request identity verification at any point, including — but not limited to — before processing a withdrawal, when an account reaches certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or where we have reason to suspect account misuse.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Don55 may also request proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. Don55 will communicate clearly what documents are required and the deadline for submission.
All identity documents submitted to don55 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely.
Don55 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The available methods and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your don55 account.
The current minimum deposit is Rs 200 on all supported methods. Don55 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.
Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Don55 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your registered identity, don55 reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and to return them to the original source.
Don55 is not responsible for deposits that fail or are delayed due to issues with your payment provider's network, bank technical maintenance windows, or Pakistani mobile network downtime. If a deposit does not arrive in your don55 wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Don55 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Don55 may require this to comply with anti-money laundering procedures. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged via the support team.
Processing times apply to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending verification may experience longer processing times. Don55 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any withdrawal request.
Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
Important: Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Please ensure your identity verification is complete to avoid delays.
Don55 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly displayed in the promotion details.
All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period for winnings to be retained.
Don55 takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bots or automated strategies to clear wagering requirements; wagering on low-risk outcomes specifically designed to clear requirements without genuine risk; and collusion with other players to abuse promotions.
Where bonus abuse is identified, don55 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account involved. Don55's decision in such matters is final.
Don55 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on the platform use either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of crash games, a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Game results are not influenced by don55 and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently audited. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on don55:
Don55 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity, and potential fair play violations. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.
In the event of a disconnection during a game, don55 systems will handle the round according to the game's standard disconnection rules. For games where a player action is pending (such as crash games), the round will continue and resolve based on any auto-cashout settings the player has configured. Don55 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Don55 offers sports betting on a wide range of events including PSL, international cricket, football, and other sports. All bets are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the don55 platform.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation showing the bet reference number, selection, odds, and stake. It is your responsibility to check the bet slip before confirming. Don55 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply. Don55 uses decimal odds displayed in PKR value terms.
Don55 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play; where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where there is evidence that the result of an event has been fixed or manipulated; or where regulatory requirements necessitate it. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type in the sports betting section. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Don55 reserves the right to cap winnings from any single event at the published maximum regardless of the original odds.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, don55 reserves the right to withhold the account balance. In all other cases, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following an administrative review period.
You may request to close your don55 account at any time by contacting support. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Verified real-money balances above Rs 500 will be returned to your registered payment account within a standard processing window.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits don55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
